Design for the award-winning 65,000 s.f. of new offices for the NJHMFA in an unused factory building in the historic Roebling industrial site. The front of the building contains a board meeting room and public hearing rooms, as well as gallery space. The balance of the building consists of private offices and open space which exposes elements of the original building structure. The huge volumes of space and expanses of glass posed challenging design issues for climate control. The building has been operating successfully since its commissioning.
