Renovation of building housing office, assembly and kitchen/dining facilities, including complete replacement of mechanical and electrical systems. Project is being implemented in phases over three consecutive summers. Building will be ready for full occupancy during the school year. Estimated construction cost is $25,000,000.

New seven building complex of graduate student apartments, 207 units total. The complex is served by a ground source geothermal heat pump system, the first such system installed by the University. Variable speed primary-secondary condenser water pumping is utilized to minimize energy use.

The building presented the challenge of renovating the mechanical and electrical systems while the building is occupied. The renovation was performed in two phases; the total construction cost was over $30,000,000.
