New seven building complex of graduate student apartments, 207 units total. The complex is served by a ground source geothermal heat pump system, the first such system installed by the University. Variable speed primary-secondary condenser water pumping is utilized to minimize energy use.

ROBERTSON HALL RENOVATIONS AND ADDITIONS
Phased renovation of landmark building housing the Woodrow Wilson School involving the modernization of mechanical and electrical systems. The building presented the challenge of renovating the mechanical and electrical systems while the building is occupied. The renovation was performed in two phases; the total construction cost was over $30,000,000.
